Paint & Clear Coat

A flawless paint finish is the hallmark of a professional body shop. At Çağlar Auto, every respray is performed inside our temperature-controlled downdraft spray booth, which filters airborne particulates and maintains optimal humidity for paint adhesion. The result is a mirror-smooth surface free of dust nibs, orange peel and solvent pop.

We use a modern basecoat/clearcoat system sourced from leading refinish brands. Colour matching begins with the vehicle's OEM colour code, which is then fine-tuned using our spectrophotometer and tinting bench to account for age-related fade. Metallic, pearlescent and tri-coat finishes are all within our capability — matched to a standard indistinguishable from the neighbouring panels.

Once the basecoat achieves full coverage and uniform orientation of metallic flakes, we apply a high-solid clear coat that delivers UV resistance, chemical resistance and deep optical clarity. The entire assembly is then oven-baked at the manufacturer-recommended temperature to fully cross-link the clear coat, producing a finish that is both harder and more durable than air-dried alternatives.

After curing, we perform a final denib and polish cycle to remove any micro-imperfections, leaving a finish that rivals the original production line. Whether we're repainting a single fender or an entire vehicle, our commitment to preparation and process ensures a consistent, long-lasting result.
